Graduates are employed as cosmetologists, skin care specialists, stylists, salon managers/owners, nail technicians, education specialists, manufacturer's representatives, makeup artists, and retail specialists.  While many graduates accept positions in barber shops and beauty salons, others work in department stores, drug and cosmetic stores, and educational facilities.

First semester:

  1. Smock with name embroidered: $40
  2. State registration fee: $15
  3. Blow dryer (can use one from home): $15 (approx.)

Second semester:

Students will need to purchase a kit containing all of the equipment needed to practice on the public. Approximate cost: $650
