The Technology and Occupational Sciences Department is home to Chez Nous—a bistro-style restaurant operated by second-year hospitality management students under the supervision of our Hospitality and Tourism Management faculty.
During select months of the winter and fall semesters, Chez Nous is open to students, staff, faculty and the community. Customers can expect a traditional dining experience, a diverse menu and quality service at an exceptional cost.
Students who work in Chez Nous build upon their previous experiences in the Culinary Café by researching and writing standardized recipes, developing the Chez Nous menu, formulating production schedules and analyzing the financial aspects of the menu.
