Here is some information regarding policies for tickets purchased through NMU’s EZ Tickets, as well as information on discounts and special needs requests.
NMU students can attend most Wildcat Athletic events for free as part of the athletic fee program. A limited number of student tickets are available for NMU hockey games. In addition to NMU students, babies, people under the age of 18 and people over the age of 60 qualify for a discount on tickets. Children six and under are admitted free to football, basketball, and volleyball. Children two and under are admitted free to hockey.
Tickets for productions on multiple nights may be exchanged to an alternate night on a space-available basis. Tickets may not be exchanged between two different events. For all tickets there is an exchange fee of $2 per ticket, excluding First Nighters Club, Wildcat Club and Blueline Club members. Season package holders will be charged $4 for exchanges once tickets are printed. All exchanges must be made at the Superior Dome Ticket Office at least 24 hours in advance. Once the event has passed, tickets are invalid and cannot be exchanged.
All phone, mail and fax orders will be charged a $1.75 per ticket handling fee. If you would like to avoid this fee, please come in person to one of the NMU ticket outlets during the hours specified to purchase your tickets. All online ticket orders will be charged a fee of $1.50-$3.50 per ticket.
Patrons with special needs
Call the NMU Ticket Office at 906-227-1032 for seating arrangements. For Forest Roberts Theatre seating, call the theater directly at 906-227-2082.
There are no refunds on ticket purchases unless a performance is cancelled. Then, arrangements will be made to refund all ticket holders and the process for the refunds will be promoted on this Web site, as well as through local media outlets.
Scalping (selling a ticket above face value) violates University policy and Michigan law. The Athletic Department reserves the right to cancel any existing season or single-game ticket orders and declare you ineligible to order future tickets if we receive sufficient evidence that a ticket assigned to you was sold or offered for resale for greater than the face value of the ticket.
Will-call (pre-ordered) ticket policy
Anyone picking up tickets at the will-call window must present a photo ID and sign the will-call envelope. The name must match the name on the envelope. If leaving tickets for someone else, please provide an envelope with the person’s name and the number of tickets within. In addition, if you order tickets the week of an event, your tickets will automatically be placed in Will Call for that event.
