Injury Evaluation and Care Clinic

Do you have a sport or physical activity related injury? If so, the Injury Evaluation and Care Clinic staff may be able to help.

The Injury Evaluation and Care Clinic, operated by the Athletic Training Education Program, is located in PEIF Suite 226 and will reopen for the winter 2014 semester on Monday, January 13, 2014, as follows:

Winter 2014 Schedule Monday, January 13 through Friday, April 25, 2014
-Monday/Wednesday: 10:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
-Tuesday: 10:30 a.m. 6:00 p.m.
-Thursday: 8:30 a.m. 4:30 p.m.
-Friday: 9:30 a.m. noon

Please note the clinic is closed when class is not in session.

Closed, Monday, March 3 Friday, March 7, 2014, Spring Break

The primary purpose of the clinic is to provide the University community with a health care opportunity that specializes in the evaluation and primary treatment of sport and physical activity related injuries. Please make time to visit us if you are in need of treatment. To request an appointment email or call 227-2174. Walk-ins also welcome.

-NMU full-time students: Free Service
-NMU full-time faculty, staff, and family members covered under the University Health Care Plan incur no out-of-pocket expense.
-NMU adjunct instructors, Alumni Association members, and local youth athletic program participants incur a $25 fee per visit.
