  Sall Hired to Lead NMU Men’s Basketball Program
  Bill Sall has been named the 14th head coach of the NMU men's basketball program. He spent 11 seasons as the head coach of Ferris State from 2002-13 and was also an assistant coach at Hillsdale College, FSU and Calvin College.

  Greco-Roman wrestlers traveled to Las Vegas this week (March 18-20) to compete at the U.S. Open,coming away with three silver medals and five others finishing in the top seven to advance to the U.S. World Team Trials in Stillwater,Okla.,June 20-23.

  Greco-Roman wrestlers won two national champion titles at the ASICS Junior Nationals in Las Vegas Friday (March 19). Three other wrestlers took silver and four earned bronze.

  Former NMU Athletic Director Ken Godfrey Passes Away
  Ken Godfrey, NMU’s Athletic Director from 2003 to 2011, passed away Wednesday night following a long battle with cancer and suffering from a graft-versus-hosts disease from his bone marrow transplant. He was 64.

  Wrestlers Return From Austria
  United States Olympic Education Center wrestlers helped Team USA sweep all 10 matches in a Greco-Roman all-star competition in Götzis, Austria on Friday, March 16. The squad also competed in a dual that same day versus Georgia, losing 4-1 in five matches.
