January: Bounce Back Into Wellness

Welcome back, students. It is time for another great semester, and this is a great time to create some new habits and start the year on the right track. There is 7 dimensions of wellness which include spiritual, socio-cultural, physical, financial, intellectual, environmental, emotional.

For this challenge, we would ask students to practice 5 of the 7 dimensions which include spiritual, emotional, intellectual, environmental, and physical. You will pick 2 activities from each of the dimensions. This is a great activity to participate in to start the semester off right. You can focus on different health dimensions to create a positive and uplifting space.

We will send you a sheet with examples and a checklist to keep track of the activities and when you are finished you can email your completed form to recfitnesschallenge@gmail.com.

This challenge runs from January 17th-January 31st.
