Reach your cardiovascular health and fitness goals with the Ultimate Group Cardio Class! This class will meet two times a week for 6 weeks in the PEIF Rec Area. Participants will spend 30 minutes performing cardio exercise and conclude with 20 minutes of core strengthening exercises.

This low impact class includes basic cardiovascular and resistance training. Weights are used for resistance training and basic agility skills are performed. This workout provides a great way to stay in shape as well as improve your cardiovascular fitness, body balance, and muscle toning.

Is coming to the gym and doing the same old workout boring you? Maybe you should try something new this year to fulfill your New Year's resolution. The Outdoor Rec Center will be offering Cross Country Skiing Fitness classes. We will be going out twice a week from the PEIF building to different trails. If you don't have any experience, don't let that stop you. We will have instructors that will be able to teach you the mechanics of the sport. The ski rental is included in the fee, so just come excited and dressed for a winter workout.
