Berry Events Center

The Berry Events Center houses the home court for men's and women's basketball and the home ice sheet for the hockey team. For basketball an insulated covering is placed over the ice and then the basketball court is put down over the insulation. Some of the glass is taken out of the boards surrounding the court and stairways are brought in that lead to the court level from the stands.  Bleachers are brought in and placed around the court to add court-side seating. The setup for basketball requires approximately forty man hours while the breakdown from basketball requires about thirty.
