The NMU swimming and diving team finished third at the 2013 GLIAC Championship in Canton, Ohio over the weekend. Head coach Heidi Voigt was named the “Dewey Newsome” Coach of the Year. The Wildcats totaled 512 points and trailed only Wayne State (861.5) and Indianapolis (554.5) after the 42 events. Swimming & Diving Home |

Hockey Begins Week at MTUThe NMU hockey team begins a five-game road trip on Tuesday with a meeting against U.P-rival Michigan Tech. The Wildcats defeated the Huskies 2-1 on Dec. 4 and look for the sweep in the final non-conference game. Northern is 12-13-4 overall. |
