2012 Cheerleading Reunion (Registration)
The NMU Dance Club is made up of dedicated and talented young women who represent the university in a positive and spirited manner. Members on our team have a diverse background including classical ballet, hip-hop dance, cheerleading, gymnastics, kick lines and elite pompon programs. This diversity makes our team remarkable because we draw on one another’s strengths to succeed. As a team, we have the opportunity to perform at home Football games, home Women’s Soccer games, home Women’s Volleyball games, home Men’s and Women’s Basketball games and various university and community functions. Through performances, appearances, and volunteer activities the Northern Michigan University Dance Team serves as NMU ambassadors.
Tryouts for the 2013-2014 season will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2013 in the PEIF practice gym 154 from 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
