Tickets Still Available to NMU Fans for Green Bay
MARQUETTE, Mich. - The Northern Michigan University hockey team will open the 2006-07 regular season against the University of Wisconsin Badgers, Oct. 6-7 at the Resch Center in Green Bay, Wis. Tickets are on sale at a special NMU fan prices until 7 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 30 at the NMU Ticket Office (906-227-1032) in the Superior Dome.
Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for NMU students and children 18 and under. The defending National Champion Badgers provide the ‘Cats with an exciting opportunity to launch the 2006-07 season. “We hope all Wildcat fans attend the Resch Center games in their green and gold to show their support for the ‘Cats,” stated Ken Godfrey, NMU Athletic Director.
Cat Pack has organized three student fan buses and the NMU band is traveling. Special fan events including a Friday night post-game social and Saturday pre-game tailgate party have been planned at the Resch Center.
