Stephanie Boyer placed second in the 400-meter dash with atime of 58.90 for the ÃƒƒÃ‚¢Ãƒ‚Ã‚€Ãƒ‚Ã‚˜Cats to start the meet.ÃƒƒÃ‚‚Ãƒ‚Ã‚ The ÃƒƒÃ‚¢Ãƒ‚Ã‚€Ãƒ‚Ã‚˜Cats showed their strengthin the distance events as NMU had two first place finishes and one second placeshowing. The 4x100 relay of Kaylee Laakso, Leanna Ketola, EllenKnight and Monique McIntyre placed second in the event behind the team fromSVSU with a time of 51.33.ÃƒƒÃ‚‚Ãƒ‚Ã‚ Laakso, Boyer, Kalafut and Stephanie Mishica placedthird in the 4x400 relay (4:16.05).ÃƒƒÃ‚‚Ãƒ‚Ã‚
Boyer in the long jump placed second with a leap of16-05.00.ÃƒƒÃ‚‚Ãƒ‚Ã‚ Breanna Riedel (31-10.00) and Sarah Breen (27-05.00) were second andthird respectively in the triple jump.
