MARQUETTE, Mich. - TheNorthern Michigan University Athletic Department is hosting Youth Day onSunday, April 4 from 1:00-2:30 p.m. in the PEIF gyms.  The event is being held inconjunction with National Student-Athlete Day which is April 6.  The event isopen to children in grades K-6, is free and will involve games and activitiesfrom all NMU sports.  A donation to the Make-A-Wish Foundation is encouragedbut not mandatory.

Activities will include how to score a goal insoccer, throw a football, shoot a basket and many more activities.  Afterwards,each participant will receive a special gift.
