MARQUETTE, Mich.â€Ã‚“ For the second consecutive week, Craig Kowalski was named the CCHADefensive Player of the Week for his performance against Michigan Tech.  For the weekend Kowalski blocked 65-of-68shots (.956) he faced in a win (2-0) and a tie (3-3) against the Huskies thatsecured the Ramada Cup crown for the â€Ã‚˜Cats on Saturday night against their U.P.rivals.

The shutout on Saturday wasKowalskiâ€Ã‚™s 11^th in his NMU career.
