Soccer 'Cats Tie In Final Game

'CATS TIE IN FINAL GAME

MARQUETTE, Mich. - The NMU women's soccer team tiedNorthwood after 110:00 of soccer on Saturday 1-1 for the final home and game ofthe season.  The 'Cats end the season at 7-12-1 overall and 4-4-1 in the GLIAC.  Over the last four games of the season the 'Cats went 3-0-1.  Northwoodis now 11-4-2 and 5-2-2.  Rachel Vilders tied the game at one all with a goalat the 49:24 mark of the game.  Carolyn Kunas assisted on the goal.  Vildersends the season by leading the Wildcats with 10 goals and 24 points.  She alsohad five assists.  Kunas was second on the team in goals with six and had a team-highfive assists for 17 points.  Jamie Rocho playing her fourth game in goal endsthe season with a 3-0-1 record.  She gave up two goals in her four games infront of the net.  Rocho for the season had a 0.46 GAA with a .889 savepercentage.
