ALLENDALE, Mich. - The Northern Michigan University women'svolleyball team ended their season Friday afternoon with a five game loss to Gannon University in the semifinals of the GLIAC Volleyball Tournament.ÃƒƒÃ‚ƒÃƒ‚Ã‚‚ÃƒƒÃ‚‚Ãƒ‚Ã‚ The 'Catswon the first game (30-18) before the Golden Knights won the second game(17-30) to even the match at one game each. ÃƒƒÃ‚ƒÃƒ‚Ã‚‚ÃƒƒÃ‚‚Ãƒ‚Ã‚ NMU would win the third game(33-31) to take the 2-1 lead in games. ÃƒƒÃ‚ƒÃƒ‚Ã‚‚ÃƒƒÃ‚‚Ãƒ‚Ã‚ Gannon would come back to take the fourth(27-30) and the deciding fifth game (13-15) to advance to the championship gameagainst the winner of the Grand Valley-Northwood match. ÃƒƒÃ‚ƒÃƒ‚Ã‚‚ÃƒƒÃ‚‚Ãƒ‚Ã‚ NMU ends the seasonwith a 15-15 overall record.
