'Cats Picked Third In Both Polls
MARQUETTE, Mich. -At the CCHA Media Day that was held in Detroit yesterday the Northern MichiganUniversity Wildcats were picked third in both the coaches poll and the mediapoll. Michigan was voted the favorite in both polls as Michigan State underformer NMU mentor Rick Comley was picked second.
Michigan received 39 first place votes in the media poll as Michigan Statecollected 22 votes. Northern collected seven first place votes in the mediapoll and one first place vote in the coaches poll.
