Wildcat sports buddies.

MARQUETTE, Mich. – Northern Michigan University will be holding its second Wildcat Sports Buddy Event at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 27. Children of all ages are invited to the Superior Dome to be a Wildcat Sports Buddy.

Participants will have the opportunity to interact one-on-one with an NMU student-athlete on the field in a short activity. The kids will then help the student-athlete carry their practice gear to their respective locker rooms. Following the walk to the locker room beverages and a snack will be served for the participants and student-athletes.

Participants will be offered complimentary tickets to their choice of the volleyball game on Friday, Oct. 28 or the football game on Saturday, Oct. 29.

This event will begin at 5 p.m. and will last approximately 30-45 minutes. Please call 906-227-2105 if you have any questions.
