Volleyball Green and Gold Match on Wednesday
MARQUETTE, Mich. – The Northern Michigan University volleyball team kicks off its season with a home intrasquad match in Vandament Arena on Wednesday (Aug. 24). The Green team will take on the Gold team at 7 p.m. Admission is free.
The American Volleyball Coaches Association ranked NMU No. 25 in its preseason poll. The ‘Cats finished 22-7 in 2010 and qualified for the NCAA Tournament for the third year in a row.
