MARQUETTE, Mich. – The National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association is hosting a free clinic on how to join NISOA and become a college soccer referee in Marquette on Saturday, August 20. The clinic has two parts with a fitness test from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and the clinic from 9 a.m.-noon in Superior Dome B101.

Kim Vieira is the NISOA National Clinician and will be hosting the clinic with local soccer official Roxin Zhang. The 2011 NCAA Division II rules and changes will be discussed as well as a hopeful formation of a NISOA Chapter in the Upper Peninsula.

Officials registered with NISOA can use this clinic as an opportunity to recertify. A fitness test will be held from 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.
