MARQUETTE, Mich. – The Northern Michigan University swimming and diving team will be heading to the University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire Saturday (Oct. 23) to take on the Blugolds for the ‘Cats first official meet.

Last weekend, the Wildcats held their annual Green-Gold intrasquad meet. Green beat Gold 88-84 as Gaby Alzaga and Lindsay Stedman led Green. Kelli Vander Baan, Lauren Cockels, Gena Haas and Olga Budiansky led the Gold squad.

The UW-Eau Claire women’s team went down in defeat to Minnesota-State Mankato last weekend 197-103.

Start time for the meet is noon from Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
