Volleyball Team Continues to Climb AVCA Rankings
MARQUETTE, Mich. – The undefeated NMU volleyball team continued to climb the AVCA Top 25 rankings this week. The Wildcats are number 14 in the nation as they received 399 points. The ‘Cats are 13-0 overall and 9-0 in the GLIAC.
The team entered the top 25 rankings at No. 21 during the second poll of the season on September 13 and have climb to No. 19 and 16 before this week.
The Wildcats beat Michigan Tech 3-1 on Friday and travel to Ohio for a pair of games this weekend at Tiffin and Ohio Dominican.
