Soccer Climbs to No. 19 in Nation
MARQUETTE, Mich. – The undefeated NMU soccer team jumped a couple spots to No. 19 in this week’s NSCAA Top 25 rankings. The Wildcats defeated Lake Erie 4-2 and tied Ashland 1-1 over the weekend. NMU is 6-0-4 overall and 6-0-2 in the GLIAC.
Last week the Wildcats entered the rankings at No. 21. They were an honor mention the week before.
Up next for the ‘Cats is a two game home stand this weekend against Ohio teams Findlay and Tiffin.
