MARQUETTE, Mich. – Northern Michigan University will be hosting a one-day basketball camp from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., Wednesday, August 11.  The camp is free and open to boys and girls ages 8-17, children entering senior year of high school are eligible to attend.   Registration is on a first come, first served basis and limited to the first 100 children.

Camp will open up with registration outside Vandament Arena from 8-8:30 a.m.  The morning session will include stretches and fundamental stations.  After a break for lunch, participants must provide own lunch, the afternoon session will begin.  Included in the afternoon session is stretches, competition games (1-on-1, hot shot, free throw and knock out) and full court games before wrapping up the day.
