Justin Florek Selected By Boston

LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Justin Florek, a member of the Northern Michigan University hockey team, was selected by the Boston Bruins during the 2010 NHL Entry Draft over the weekend. Florek was taken in the fifth round with the 135th overall pick.
The Marquette native registered 35 points (12-23) in 41 games during the 2009-10 season for the Wildcats. For his NMU career the junior forward has 52 points on 21 goals and 31 assists in 81 games.
