Steffani Stoeger GLIAC North Division Player Of The Week

BAY CITY, Mich. – Steffani Stoeger has been named this week’s Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) North Division Player of the Week. The 5-7, junior guard from Hortonville, Wis. led the Northern Michigan University women’s basketball team to a home split last week. NMU lost to Findlay in overtime (83-80) and defeated Hillsdale (77-73).
Against the Oilers she was 13-17 from the free throw line for 21 points. Stoeger against the Chargers was 8-10 from the floor which included 5-6 from beyond the arc for another 21-point performance.
For the week she averaged 21 points, six rebounds, two assists and a steal per game.
