MARQUETTE, Mich. – Northern Michigan University athletic tickets for the upcoming 2009-10 season are now available at the NMU Ticket Office in the Superior Dome. Popular options from last year are being offered again this season such as the family ticket packages, “free” Dome walking passes for season ticket holders and senior discount rates on single game tickets. New this season is a four (4) game hockey mini pack that will be on sale when single game tickets sales begin.
Current season ticket holders renewal information will be sent the week of July 13. Season tickets may be purchased for all sports now. Adult season tickets are available for basketball ($70 combined men’s and women’s), football ($35), hockey ($180 for all games, $90 for Friday/Saturday only) and volleyball ($40, which does not include the Wildcat Open, Aug. 27-29). Student prices for fans 18 or under are also available. 
Single game tickets are now also on sale for basketball, football and volleyball. Hockey single game tickets go on sale Monday, Sept. 14. A four-game hockey mini pack will debut this season when single game hockey ticket sales begin.
The hockey season ticket renewal deadline is Friday, Sept.  4. Hockey season adult tickets cost $10/game for the 18-game home season, compared to $15 for adult single game tickets.    
A “FREE” year-long Dome walking pass is included with the purchase of a season hockey ticket package. A semester walking pass will be given with the purchase of a basketball, football or volleyball season ticket.
Seniors, 60 and older, will continue to receive an added discount benefit of $2 off the regular price of a single game ticket for all sporting events. 
Group tickets are available for men’s and women’s basketball, football, hockey and volleyball. Groups of 15 or more receive discounted ticket prices; block seating, group recognition at the game and other activities as designed for your group. This is perfect for youth groups, employees, family or friends for special occasions with the Wildcats. Group ticket prices for football, volleyball and basketball are $3 per ticket. Hockey group prices are $7 adults and $5 students.
Family packages with discounted pricing for all sports including hockey are available. Family packs are designed for two adults and up to three children. This offers fans an affordable family entertainment option. Family pricing is $15 per game except for hockey which is $35.
