MARQUETTE, Mich. – Northern Michigan University will host a Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) first round playoff series next week at the Berry Events Center. The series is a best-of-three affair with the first game set for Friday, March 6 and the second game the next night (Saturday, March 7). The puck will drop both nights at 7:35 p.m. If a third game is necessary it would be played on Sunday, March 8 with a time to be determined.
Season ticket seats will be held until Tuesday, March 3 at 5 p.m. After that time the seats will be available to anyone.
Ticket specials for the playoff series are being offered from Saturday, Feb. 28 through Tuesday, March 3 at 5 p.m. Adult tickets will be $10, students which include NMU students are $5 while groups with a minimum of 10 people are $5 each.
Ticket prices on Wednesday, March 4 through Sunday, March 8 would be the following: adults $15, students $5 (includes NMU students) and the group rate would be $5 for each person with a minimum of 10 people.
The Berry Events Center Ticket Window will have the following hours:
Saturday, Feb. 28 – Open at noon
Sunday, March 1 – Noon – 3 p.m.
Friday, March 6 – Open at 5 p.m.
Saturday, March 7 – Open at noon
Sunday, March 8 – Open at noon
