Mark Olver Named CCHA Offensive Player Of The Week

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – Mark Olver has been named this week’s Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) Offensive Player of the Week for his performance against the 14th ranked Wisconsin Badgers over the weekend.  In Friday’s 3-2 win, Olver had a part in all the goals. He assisted on the first goal and scored the next two. The ‘Cats completed the sweep with a 6-5 overtime win Saturday as Olver picked up an assist. For the weekend he was 2-2-4 with a +3.
The sophomore from Burnaby, B.C. is currently tied with Gregor Hanson for the team-lead in goals with six. He is second on the team with seven assists and 13 points.
