This Week In NMU Sports
MARQUETTE, Mich. – The Northern Michigan University women’s track and field, volleyball and men’s golf teams are all out on the road this weekend.
The track team will be competing for the second time outdoors at the Saginaw Valley State University Outdoor Collegiate on Saturday (April 12). Men’s golf will be in Ohio for two events. First up on Saturday the Wildcats will hit the links at the Outback Steakhouse Invitational which is being hosted by the University of Findlay. Sunday and Monday (April 13-14) the ‘Cats are at the Ashland University Invitational.
Volleyball continues with its spring schedule at the UM-Duluth Spring Tourney on Saturday. The ‘Cats face the UM-Duluth alumni team at 10 a.m., UM-Duluth at 11 a.m., UW-Superior at 1 p.m. and St. Cloud State at 3 p.m.
