NMU At The Joe
MARQUETTE, Mich. - The Northern Michigan University hockey team is advancing to the Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) Championship in Detroit, Mich. this weekend (March 21-22).
NMU (19-19-4, 12-13-3 CCHA) will face the University of Michigan (29-5-4, 20-4-4 CCHA) in the second semifinal game on Friday (March 21) at 8:05 p.m. Miami (31-6-1, 21-6-7 CCHA) and Notre Dame (24-13-4, 15-9-4 CCHA) square off in the first semifinal at 4:35 p.m.
NMU would play again on Saturday (March 22) in either the third-place game at 3:35 or the championship game at 7:35 p.m. Fox Sports Net Detroit will televise both semifinal games and the championship game.
