Mark Olver Named CCHA Rookie Of The Week

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. – Mark Olver was named this week’s Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) Rookie of the Week for his performance against Lake Superior State University over the weekend in the home-and-home series. The Burnaby, B.C. native was the second star in Friday’s 4-2 win over LSSU with two assists in Marquette. Olver came back the next night in Sault Ste. Marie, picked up first star honors and recorded his first career two-goal game in the 3-1 win.
Olver currently has three goals, five assists for eight points.
