Tickets Available For Hockey Home Games

MARQUETTE, Mich. – Northern Michigan University hockey single-game tickets are currently available. Tickets can be purchased at all EZ-Tickets Outlets, including the new outlet located in the Vista Theater Thrift Shop in Negaunee.
 
The 2007-2008 season features 19 home games. “Northern Michigan University and our hockey program have long been known for the great support we have received,” said Walt Kyle, head coach of the NMU hockey team. “We have an outstanding home schedule this year with many of the top teams in the conference coming in.”
 
The first official Central Collegiate Hockey Association (CCHA) game will be against the University of Michigan on Oct. 19-20, which is also Family Weekend. Michigan Tech comes to the Berry Event Center once this year on Dec. 14. Defending NCAA I champion, Michigan State, will visit the Berry Events Center the weekend of Feb. 8-9.

Wildcat hockey fans are reminded that season tickets are the best value with full season or Friday only/Saturday only ticket options. The EZ Ticket Office in the Superior Dome is open Monday –Thursday from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Tickets are also available online at www.nmu.edu/tickets or by phone at 906-227-1032.
