Winter 2017 Activity Challenge Programs

Participate in any or all of the upcoming free bi-weekly fitness activity challenges. Use your smartphone apps, fit bits or pedometer to participate in any of the following activity challenges. All you need is your PEIF Pass/Student recreation pass or at least a 3 month membership. Register by clicking here. Overall winners will receive prizes!
  • New Year, Better You: January 23-February 3. How many steps can you take in two weeks? Get up and get moving and track your steps each day. Report your steps daily or at the end of each week. Participants may use any smartphone app, "fitbit" or other electronic tracking device or  pedometer.
  • Workout Warrior Challenge: February 20-March 3. Can you go the distance? For this challenge you will track the overall mileage you moved in two weeks. Track how many yards/miles you swam or the distance you biked/walked/ran/jogged/ellipticaled each week. Prizes go to those who achieved the overall highest mileage in two weeks.

Winter 2017 Group Training Programs

Four weeks to fitness-New Year's edition  $96
Lose weight and build muscle by participating in this four week, 6 day per week fitness program open to both men and women. Monday and Thursday participants will focus on upper body and abdominal/core work while Tuesday and Friday participants will focus on lower body and ab work. Wednesday & Saturday will be strictly cardio and ab workout days which must be completed independently by the participant (workouts will be provided to participants).

Four weeks to fitness-Spring edition  $54
Strengthen and tone while participating in HIIT, ploymetric and body weight only exercises. Meeting on Tuesday & Thursday mornings, participants will learn new ways to stress your system so that you can achieve the gains you wish to see. Tuesdays will focus on upper body, Thursday will focus on lower body while Wednesday and Sunday are independent workout days focusing on cardio and core exercises.
