| Samples Samples, when requested by the Purchasing Department, unless otherwise specified in the bid document, should be furnished free of expense and become the property of Northern Michigan University. Samples will, upon request, be returned to the Vendors at their expense. In no case does the University accept liability for loss or damage to any sample. |
