Freshman Sessions

Monday-Wednesday

June 17-19

July 1-3

Commuter/non-traditional student session

Tuesday, June 13

There is only ONE one-day session available for commuter and non-traditional students. To attend this orientation session you must be living off campus in housing other than the NMU residence halls and apartments during the academic year, you are over the age of 24, married, have one or more dependents living in household or are a veteran.

Transfer student sessions

Monday, June 3

For purposes of selecting an orientation session, please select a transfer session IF you have completed 12 or more college level credits after high school graduation. Please select a freshman session if you have earned less than 12 college level credits.

Friday, April 19 (will be held at Bay Main Campus)

This session is for students who have Bay College transfer credits that will be attending NMU in the Fall.
