We are a collaborative student group whose mission is to create a venue for veterans to use their voices in writing and art. Last year, we started meeting to encourage conversation about what we were writing or creating, and now, this year, we aim towards holding more public activities for the public to learn more about the U.S. military veteran's perspective.
If you are interested in becoming a member, then please join the discussion. You do not need to be a vet, but rather you only need an interest in the subject of writing or art about the vet experience. If you are a family member, close friend of a vet, or affected in any way by the U.S. military, then you are most definitely welcome to join. |
