Description	The NMU College Republicans is a chapter of the Michigan Federation of College Republicans and is open to all NMU students who wish to become engaged in the political process and spread conservative ideas across the NMU campus. We have become one of the most active and most organized student organizations. In 2008, our group stunned the NMU campus when we hosted conservative author and commentator Ann Coulter to speak on campus. Members are encouraged to be involved in political campaigns, activities, and hosting speakers. Our group continues to work on promoting Republican-based ideas at NMU.
