Hillel is an organization for the Jewish students at NMU, but we are open to anyone who wants to learn more. Each year we have services at Temple Beth Shalom for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, along with Shabbat services. The temple website is http://www.templebethsholom-ishpeming.ord/There is also a Passover Seder free to Hillel members. We have social events once a month, weekly meetings, and several volunteer opportunities. Our organization is affiliated with the National Hillel Organization (www.hillel.org).
