InterVarsity Christian Fellowship is an interdenominational campus ministry focused on Christian fellowship as well as reaching out to the NMU campus community. As our vision statement states, we seek to “grow in love for God, God’s word, and God’s people.” InterVarsity provides a biblical-based learning atmosphere where people can grow in their relationships with Christ as well as build a community where people can come together in fellowship. We meet weekly for Large Group meetings on Friday nights at 7:30 in the Hunt/Van Antwerp basement where we have fellowship, worship, a speaker, and an “After-IV” activity. Throughout the week, there are GLOW (Groups Living Out Witness) meetings where students in a small group setting, can get to know the people around them better and build stronger friendships through fun activities, Bible study, and prayer. We also meet together for prayer at various times throughout the week. Our desire is to faithfully follow Christ in our personal lives, encourage and build up others in the body of Christ, and reveal His love to students, faculty and the community around us!
