Graduation

You must register for graduation whether you plan to march in the NMU commencement ceremony or will celebrate degree completion a thousand miles away. You should do this during the course registration process for what you anticipate to be your final semester. Registering for graduation puts in motion a series of actions, including a final degree audit to determine that you are eligible to graduate, and communication from the registrar’s office on what you need to know and do before graduating.

Your diploma will be sent to the permanent address on your student record about eight weeks after commencement.
