The Northern Michigan University Injury Evaluation and Care Clinic will be CLOSED, Wednesday through Friday, November 21-23, 2012, for the Thanksgiving holiday break and reopen on Monday, November 25 as follows:

CLINIC HOURS: Monday-Friday, 1:00-5:00 p.m., November 26th through December 7TH

CLOSED FINALS WEEK and REOPEN January 14, 2013, with the same hours,

The primary purpose of the clinic is to provide the University community with a health care opportunity that specializes in the evaluation and primary treatment of sport and physical activity related injuries. Please make time to visit us if you are in need of treatment. Walk-ins are welcome, or call 227-2174 to schedule an appointment.

-NMU full-time students: Free Service
-NMU full-time faculty, staff, and family members covered under the University Health Care Plan incur no out-of-pocket expense.
-NMU adjunct instructors, Alumni Association members, and local youth athletic program participants incur a $25 fee per visit.
