Coolest Class You'll Take This (or any) Year

Do you like to tell stories, dance, listen to music, eat great food and laugh? Well, then the Department of Anthropology and the Beaumier U.P. Heritage Center have the class for you. Enroll in AN295 - Upper Peninsula Folklore, which begins on Tuesday, January 14 at 6p.m. This 4-credit, once a week course focuses on the folklore traditions of the U.P. Students not only read about these traditions but also do fieldwork and take part themselves. The course is taught by Daniel Truckey, Director of the Beaumier U.P.
