Men's and Women's Resistance Training

Women's and Men's Resistance Training:
Learn basic principles of designing strength/resistance routines. Introduction to using all equipment in weight room, circuit and plate loaded equipment. Split into 2 separate classes. Twice per week for 3 weeks, Men's Monday/Wednesday and Women's Tuesday/Thursday.
Cost: $30.00 per person
Dates: Begins week of January 20th
