NMU Rec Sports Group Fitness Training: Burn

Burn-Treadmill, Burn-Cycle, and Burn-Swim
An interval training workout, which alternates between strength training and bursts of cardio (specific to either treadmill cardio, cycling cardio, or swimming cardio). Not only will you scorch calories during your BURN sessions, but you'll produce results that will have you coming back for more! All levels welcome.

Cost: $30.00 per person

Dates: Once per week for six weeks, one and a half hour long sessions.
