Spring into Fitness-FREE!!!
Celebrate spring from 7 to 9:30pm on April 18th in the Vandament Arena. There will be a FREE fitness boot camp from 7 to 7:45, FREE yoga class from 8 to 9, and FREE healthy snacks, recipes, and nutritional information. Each participant will be entered into a drawing to win great prizes! Yoga mats will be available on a first come first serve basis, as there is limited availability, so please bring your own if you have one! Bring your friends and drive away the winter blues by kicking off spring with a bounce!
