Ever wanted to live in a snow cave? Come join the Organization for Outdoor Recreation Professionals and learn to build quinzhees. For those who don’t know, a quinzhee is a form of snow shelter. We will be hosting a quinzhee building workshop on Wednesday night February 27 at 6:27PM. We will be learning the skills to make quinzhees and you will have the option to stay in them overnight. If you are interested please email oorp@nmu.edu with your name and if you are spending the night.
