Fitness for Fifties, Sixties and beyond
This low impact class includes basic cardiovascular and resistance training. Weights are used for resistance training and basic agility skills are performed. Fifty + Fitness fusion is a low impact class, this workout provides a great way to stay in shape as well as improve your cardiovascular fitness, body balance, and muscle toning.
