Beginning Resistance Training for Men

This progressive six week program teaches men basic resistance training concepts through education and hands-on experiences, which will create long-term healthy habits. Participants meet once a week to exercise and become more comfortable with strength training equipment, concluding each class with core strengthening exercises. Complimentary pre- and post-class fitness assessment included.
