Beginning Strength Training for Women

This progressive six-week program teaches women basic strength training concepts through education and hands-on experiences, which will create long-term healthy habits. Participants meet twice a week to exercise and become more comfortable with strength training equipment, concluding each class with core strengthening exercises.
Monday/Wednesday 5pm-5:50pm
January 21/23, 28/30, February 4/6, 11/13, 18/20, 25/27
